Check out our full season schedule below!
Christian Cole – “I’m extremely excited to once again have the opportunity to run with McCann Racing after three years. I look forward to building on my success from SRO as the 2019 Rookie of the Year and series runner-up and continuing to perfect my race craft. The 992 GT3 Cup is an amazing racecar that demands confidence in your driving ability and to be paired with the 2019 SRO Crew of the Year, I believe we will have a great showing in the Carrera Cup Series. I am really looking forward to the Long Beach and Miami street circuits because of the utmost focus that it requires to finish and win the race.”
Michael McCann Jr. – “I’m very grateful to be back with the team for another season in Carrera Cup. Last year we learned a lot as a team competing with the 992 Cup Car. I’m looking forward to take the experience we have and applying it to all four cars. The racing in PCCNA is top level, but I’m most excited to see some familiar faces on track and around the paddock this year.”
Michael Merritt – “The 992 GT3 is the real deal, it is much improved over the 991 GT3. With a combination of great venues and the support of Porsche, the Carrera Cup series looks to be very well run. I’m really looking forward to COTA and Long Beach since they are both new to me.”
Jimmy McCann – “I’m looking forward to get back in the car again. I took some time away from professional racing but it’s great to be back with the team. The new 992 Cup Car is really fun to drive on the edge around these great tracks. I’m really looking forward to the street races this year, it should be a lot of fun in the concrete jungle.”
